Diagnosis and an energetic audit of a building consist in a complete check out of its structural as well as of its technological systems, its current state of energy efficiency and available resources management. Data are collected and analyzed, through instrumental observations and surveys.
From the study and evaluation of such information we are able to indicate how to upgrade building energy efficiency and how to optimize its energy performance, identifying actions that improve its class efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
We can evaluate alternative choices that lead to an increase of performances, finally resulting in emissions reduction and a reduced use of resources. In particular, we can perform:
• Energy Audits:
Identification of not efficient devices
Identification of not efficient management conditions
Identification of improvements for existing situations
(eg. replacement of not efficient lamps and / or electrical motors, application of electronic control systems, etc.).
• Audit for Local Councils
Municipal Energy Plans (known as PEC)
Lighting plans (so-called PRIC)
